The rules and conditions for using the Xayr platform.
These terms govern your use of the Xayr platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian, and you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Campaigns and obligations
Campaign creators agree to:
- Raise funds only for genuine and lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate and truthful information about the campaign.
- Use the funds raised for the stated purpose.
- Complete identity verification where applicable.
4. Donations and payments
Donations are voluntary. Confirmed payments are non-refundable except as provided by law. We monitor how campaigns use funds but do not guarantee the outcome of any campaign.
5. Prohibited activities
The following are prohibited on the platform:
- Creating fake or misleading campaigns.
- Posting illegal, violent, or hateful content.
- Violating other users' rights or committing fraud.
- Attempting to compromise platform security.
6. Fees
Using the platform is free. Payment providers may charge their own transaction fees. Any platform fees are disclosed clearly in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
