DonationsHow do I donate?
On a campaign page press "Donate", choose an amount and a payment method.

Yes — tick "Anonymous" at checkout and your name will not be shown to anyone.

Confirmed payments are not refunded automatically. If something went wrong, contact us — each case is reviewed individually.

The minimum depends on the payment provider, usually from 1,000 so'm.
CampaignsWhat do I need to start a campaign?
An account, identity verification (KYC), and your campaign details.

After moderator review — usually within 1-2 business days.

Yes — title, description and photos. Raised totals and status are changed only by administrators.

Yes — the campaign owner can invite managers and editors by email.

For donor trust — only verified users can open campaigns.

Usually 1-2 business days after documents are submitted.

WithdrawalsHow do I withdraw funds?
Send a "Withdraw funds" request on your campaign analytics page — once approved by an administrator, funds are transferred to your bank or card.

Requests are reviewed within 1-3 business days; a bank transfer may take another 1-2 days.

Donating and creating campaigns are free. A 3% platform fee applies only when withdrawing funds.

Click, Payme and others may charge their own transaction fees — that is not a platform fee.
